Oak Bank was a startup bank, and is Fitchburg’s only community bank. The space invokes a warm, friendly, and inviting interior that features personal bankers to sit down with rather than traditional teller lines.

A greeter meets each customer upon entry to the bank and can direct children to a place for “kids to be kids” while parents complete transactions. The President of the bank has a highly visible office adjacent to the lobby, so he can personally greet people as they arrive to do business.

The bank fully utilizes the latest banking technology to improve efficiency and security.
