Edgewood College sought to increase the number of students living on campus with a goal of 800 total beds.  This project added an additional 114 beds to bringing their total bed count to 670.  The campus was also in need of flexible spaces which were incorporated into the addition through multi-purpose spaces in the lower level.  Located in the heart of campus, the project also lended itself to creating a courtyard / gathering space for students.  The four story 44,000 square foot project was designed to blend with the existing campus architecture while respecting the historical nature of the existing Reginal Hall facility.
