Located on the 500 block of W. Washington, The Avenir is a six story mixed use building on the corner of West Washington Avenue and North Bassett Street in the City of Madison. As the first project implemented following the Mifflandia neighborhood comprehensive plan, The Avenir offers commercial space as well as 103 apartments and underground parking for both vehicles and bicycles.
