Following the completion of CPM Healthgrade’s first headquarters, we continued on to the Phase II project to remodel a second building to accommodate the rapid growth of this healthcare relationship and data management technology company.
Located in Old Sauk Trails Business Park, CPM’s newly acquired 60,000 sf building is located adjacent to the building they are currently occupying as part of Phase I. Phase II remodeled 44,000 sf of the existing building and a 3,000 sf community room addition was added just off the lobby. The addition acts as a hierarchical connecting member between the two office halves where people can gather and work communally. Due to its orientation toward the west, vertical polycarbonate panels on a steel frame were used to block direct sunlight coming into the space. Interior planters were used to create a connection with the exterior plantings beds to the west and to the east of the addition, the exterior landscaping in the courtyard creates a fantastic outdoor space for staff.
